Who we are
Charleston Mold Experts is a free quote service. We connect Charleston-area homeowners with local mold inspection and remediation companies for free, no-obligation quotes. We are not a mold company and do not perform mold work.
Information you give us
When you use our quote form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, ZIP code, the type of service you're interested in and any details you add about your home or the problem.
How the form data is sent
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a third-party form service. That service processes the submission only to deliver it, under its own privacy terms.
How we use and share it
- We share your request with local mold inspection and remediation companies so they can contact you about your project and give you a quote.
- We may contact you to confirm details or follow up on your request.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not use your details for unrelated marketing.
Once a company has your request, its own privacy practices apply to how it uses your information. You can ask any company that contacts you to stop.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use cookies and a basic analytics tool to understand how visitors use the pages, such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visits come from. This information is used in aggregate to improve the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests only as long as needed to handle them and for ordinary record keeping, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you sent, or to stop sharing a request that hasn't been passed along yet. To reach us, send a message through the quote form and say in the details box that it's a privacy request.
Children
This site is meant for adult homeowners and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. Learn more about the service on our About page, or return to the home page.
